What is “guaranteed buy-back”?
With the guaranteed buy-back program, you can purchase a new Murphy wall bed with the option to return it after 3 years till the 5th year from the date of purchase for 12% of the full retail value at purchase.
• This programme is currently available under our local shipping area in Singapore only and it does not included delivery service charges or free gift during the initial purchase.
• Only applicable for residential usage by customer. It will not be applicable for commercial use or the product have been used commercially.
• GBB Program are only available for customer purchase AFTER 15th of June 2021.
Sounds great! What is the condition to join under GBB?
• Products available under this programme are only Spacekoncept Murphy Wall Bed product which it is sold in Spacekoncept.com or with FJ & Joseph Pte Ltd.
• Guaranteed Buyback is only valid upon presentation of the original Sales Order or Invoice of purchase.
• Please contact our customer service team to request for GBB by Email at info@fjnjoseph.com and attach the Sales Order or Invoice with the initial delivery date and the photo of the product showing the condition of the bed.
• We will confirm your request and buy back without any question and regardless of the condition of the product.
• Once the above is completed, we will arrange for an agreed day and time to dismantle and collect back the Wall Bed.
• Upon removable of the Wall Bed, we will transfer in CASH the money for the GBB to an account designated by the customer.
• All rights belongs to FJ & Joseph Pte Ltd
The following limitations are imposed on returns of Products:
• To be eligible for a return, you must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase your product you are not eligible for the guaranteed buy-back. To complete the GBB program, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and for you to be available for the scheduled pick up time.
• You must have been using your Products for 3 years and within 5 years from the date of purchase before you can initiate the GBB.
• Guaranteed Buy-Back programme applies only to customer purchasing FULL Murphy Wall Bed including bed carcass. Customer purchasing ONLY hardware or accessories do not qualify for GBB
