Other than Space Saving Furniture display sets in our office showroom, we do not operate any other furniture showroom. Our saving is passed on to you in form of affordable quality products. Spacekoncept Wall Beds Limited Warranty Policy

Spacekoncept warrants all wood parts and mechanical parts on our Murphy Wall Beds to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty periods begin from date of purchase. We will repair or replace at our discretion any defective parts reported to us during this time period. This warranty is made assuming proper installation using the provided instructions. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by misuse or failure to operate the Wall Bed correctly. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable and only applies to Murphy Wall Beds installed by Spacekoncept.

This is the sole warranty offered by Spacekoncept for Murphy Wall Beds. There are no other warranties either expressed or implied by Spacekoncept. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damage. BUYER’S SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PARTS.

How can I be confident of my purchases if I don’t see the products in person?

We believe in quality. We ensure that we achieve high quality standards on every product we sell. Our quality control process involves inspecting the products and testing them for defects and other product-related quality matters.

We identify and correct the defects before we release them to our customers.

We select only the best manufacturers that adhere to best industry practices right from the raw material selection to processing and finishing.

Through our quality assurance process, you will have peace of mind and a positive shopping experience with us.

Can I change my mind after placing my order online?

Yes, please contact us if you would like to change or cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Do note that we will charge 25% restocking fees of purchase price for cancellation after 24 hours.

How long do I have to wait for my items to be delivered after I make the order?

Delivery is usually within 4-6 week, unless otherwise stated. We will contact you regarding the delivery.

May I make the purchase now and deliver at a later date?

Sure, you can make a deposit for the item(s) to reserve it and we will deliver at a later date as requested.

Does your furniture comes with warranty?

All Items comes with at least 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Mattresses come with manufacturer’s warranty of between 1-15yrs. Some sofas come with 2 years warranty etc. Of course, we will follow whichever is longer.

What happens if the items received is defective?

We will change it at the earliest possible date with no extra charges. We will issue a refund for items that fall under these categories :

Assembling the furniture

I do not know how to assemble the product. What should I do?

Do I have to pay for assembly?

Most products come with free assembly in Singapore. Should free assembly not be included in the product(s) you’re purchasing, you may contact email us at info@fjnjoseph.com or call our Customer Service Helpdesk at +65 69147650. Our friendly Customer Service Officers will be glad to advise you.

Do products come with an assembly manual?

Should a product require assembly, it would be stated in the product details. Products that can be assembled by customers will include the assembly manual.

Do you provide disposal service for my existing furniture?

Sorry, we do not except for mattresses (but please let us know in advance). However, you can reach out to your town council for the disposal of your non-mattress item.

What happens if I like to return or exchange the items?

Restocking fee will apply. You may find out more under our terms and conditions and returns and refund policy.

Are we able to trade in our old furniture?

Sorry, we do not take trade ins.

SpaceKoncept's Quality Guarantee

This item is covered under manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to Spacekoncept Murphy Wall Bed Warranty Policy in the footer menu. Upon receiving a claim covered by this Guarantee, SpaceKoncept may elect to provide repair of the damage. For bed mechanism, if we are unable to repair the product, you may select a new replacement in equal or lesser value to the original purchase price.

This warranty does not cover the following:Normal wear and tear. Fabrics and leathers will fade and crease. Foam and fillings will soften and form to the shape of the user over time.Defective as a consequence of misuse, accident, lack of proper care maintenance, or handling in transit.
