Other then Space Saving Furniture display sets in our office warehouse, we do not operate any other furniture showroom. Our saving is passed on to you in form of affordable quality products. How to buy?
You can make purchases online, by phone call or email.
We accept the following payments:
- Credit or debit cards.
- Bank Transfer before delivery
- Cash payments in SGD upon delivery..
Our items are inspected prior to delivery to ensure that it meets our quality expectation. We offer generally 3 year warranty on manufacturing defects for electrical connector and 10 years for mechanism, unless stated. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Can I change my mind after placing my order online?
Yes, please contact us if you would like to change or cancel the order within 24 hours. Do note that we will charge 20% admin fees of purchase price for cancellation.
DELIVERY and RETURN
- Generally we will bear the delivery charges to your doorstep within Singapore main island.
Extra delivery charges - payable directly to our delivery partner:
- Area that has requires complicating security clearance, for example army camps, changi cargo area. $30 per delivery
- Delivery that requires items to be carried up the stair. $20 per complete set of bed, per flight of stairs, first flight is waived. For example a complete queens size Murphy Bed from basement to 3rd storey will be:
3-1 flight of stairs x 1 pieces x $20= $$60
- Re-delivery charge is $50, please ensure that the delivery address is correct, and that someone is around to receive the delivery.
What happens if the furniture cannot fit into the lift on the day of delivery?
If such incident happen, we will determine if delivery through the staircase is safe. Should we decide to deliver via staircase additional charges will be imposed. We will also charge a re-delivery fees if we have to arrange for an alternative delivery date. If there is no safe way we can deliver the product, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment. We will only charge $60 for the delivery attemp. We hope we will not encounter such unfortunate event, you can help us by ensuring that delivery is possible and by clearing the passage way to make way for bulky item delivery.
We make every effort to be accurate in our product description, however if it does not meet your expectation, we accept return/exchange within 7 days of purchase for accessories only, provided the item is in its original packaging, un-damaged, unused, unassembled and in resellable condition. Please note that 20% admin charge of purchase price applies for return. Complete bed system purchased will not be acceptable for return/exchange once the installation is completed at purchaser's approved location/place.
Clearance items are not returnable.
Customised items are not returnable.
How to return?
- You can return the item on the spot upon delivery if you are not satisfied with it.
- You can arrange for the item to be sent to to our warehouse, and we will refund you immediately less the admin charge. Please call and arrange with us if you are coming to the warehouse.
- If you require our delivery partner to pick up the item, you can call us to arrange for it. Charges is between $40-$90. There will be extra charges for extra ordinary location and stairs as stated above..
What are the charges to Return?
There is no other charges for return done on the spot upon delivery.
However extra delivery charges (special area, stairs climbing) and assembling is not refundable.
How long do I have to wait for my items to be delivered after I make the order?
Delivery is usually within 2-3 week, unless otherwise stated. We will contact you regarding the delivery.
Assembling the furniture
I do not know how to assemble the product. What should I do?

Do I have to pay for assembly?
Most products come with free assembly in Singapore. Should free assembly not be included in the product(s) you're purchasing, you may contact email us at email@example.com or call our Customer Service Helpdesk at +65 69147650. Our friendly Customer Service Officers will be glad to advise you.
Do products come with an assembly manual?
Should a product require assembly, it would be stated in the product details. Products that can be assembled by customers will include the assembly manual.
