Other than Space Saving Furniture display sets in our office showroom, we do not operate any other furniture showroom. Our saving is passed on to you in form of affordable quality products. We accept the following payments:

We offer 3 month instalments plan with Atome.

Our items are inspected prior to delivery to ensure that it meets our quality expectation. We offer generally 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects for electrical connector and 5 years for mechanism, unless stated for Murphy Wall beds. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Yes, please contact us if you would like to change or cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

Do note that we will charge 25% restocking fees of purchase price for cancellation after 24 hours.

Delivery is usually within 2-3 week, unless otherwise stated. We will contact you regarding the delivery.

Sure, you can make a deposit for the item(s) to reserve it and we will deliver at a later date as requested.

All Items comes with at least 5 years warranty against manufacturing defects. Mattresses come with manufacturer’s warranty of 10yrs.

We will change it at the earliest possible date with no extra charges. We will issue a refund for items that fall under these categories :

I do not know how to assemble the product. What should I do?

Most products come with free assembly in Singapore. Should free assembly not be included in the product(s) you’re purchasing, you may contact email us at marketing@fjnjoseph.com or call our Customer Service Helpdesk at +65 91803079. Should a product require assembly, it would be stated in the product details. Products that can be assembled by customers will include the assembly manual.

Sorry, we do not except for mattresses (but please let us know in advance). However, you can reach out to your town council for the disposal of your non-mattress item.
